INSPIRATIONS is the name of our outpatient counseling program because we believe it is never too late to be inspired to learn new ways of doing things. Sometimes a different approach is needed to solve problems.

Dealing with Change is often difficult no matter what our age; however, sometimes change comes too fast. At INSPIRATIONS, we understand that these changes in our lives are inevitable, and that we can learn to manage them successfully.

Maximizing our Capabilities brings value to our lives and moves us forward with purpose. Identifying our strengths helps us to reach our goals. At INSPIRATIONS, we help each other set goals and define new ones as we continue our journey through life.

Finding Enjoyment as we move through life is fundamental to our health. Discovering new things about ourselves, exploring our interests, and making new friends is an essential part of our program at INSPIRATIONS. Learning to laugh more, especially as we grow older, makes learning new things a lot of fun!

What is INSPIRATIONS?

INSPIRATIONS is an outpatient counseling center that provides a variety of services for adults who are experiencing emotional and life stressors.  Our IOP consists of people who require more counseling than a traditional counseling program and those who are stepping down from an inpatient program to continue receiving the support needed as they transition back into their everyday routines.  The program uses an interdisciplinary approach to respond to individual needs.

What services does INSPIRATIONS provide?

Elements of the treatment include group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, telehealth and diagnostic services.  Our treatment team includes a psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioner, program director, nurses, licensed therapists and support staff.  Clients receive 3-15 groups of psychiatrist ordered therapies per week.  The psychiatrist works closely with the team to develop and implement an individualized treatment plan that meets the needs of each client.  Treatment plans are reviewed at a minimum of every 30 days but more often if dictated by the needs of the patient.

Is INSPIRATIONS a voluntary program?

Enrollment in the program is voluntary for patients.

Who does INSPIRATIONS serve?

The program target population is adults 18 and above with a primary behavior diagnosis.  Outpatient services are for patients who are assessed as not an immediate risk to self or others or in need of inpatient care.

What’s a typical day for patients at INSPIRATIONS?
